Without work you’ll be falling from obstacles as you tire during your race. And don’t be so specific when practicing. We’ll probably find a way to beat your plans – it’s not all monkey bars. Try constantly varied styles, and gripping for a long time. Some obstacles require several minutes under tension. Don’t be that ripped person who can run 20 miles but immediately falls off an obstacle because they forgot this basic staple of Spartan training.
