Gophers split weekend series with Badgers with late goal

After leading 2-0 after one, the Gophers let the Badgers come back and tie the game in the 2nd period.  The two teams skated tied for almost 15 minutes in the third period before Justin Kloos scored the 146th point of his career, tying him for 31st in Gopher history.

The nationally ranked Minnesota Gopher (5th) hockey team travels to Michigan to take on Big Ten rivals, the Michigan Wolverines with just four games left in the regular season.  The Gophers will wrap up their regular season at Mariucci with a series against Michigan State and currently enjoy a three point lead over the Badgers and sit atop the Big Ten.
